I cannot login to GreenBiz 24/7?
You may need to update your Java software. Please download the latest version of Java at www.java.com, free of charge.
You may have tried to log on 3 times with the wrong combination. Please forward a mail to support@greenbiz24-7.comand we will reset your login.
Missing calendar?
You have previously placed plants in your shopping basket and they are no longer valid. Please forward a mail to support@greenbiz24-7.comand we will cancel the plants.
Deadline for placing an order?
Deadline for ordering is 15.00 hrs. the day before scheduled shipment from Denmark
Missing assortment?
You may have chosen a day on which delivery is not possible – if the assortment is not visible on dates within the following week, please contact GreenBiz 24/7 Support phone number +45 6317 0854 or forward a mail to
support@greenbiz24-7.com.
You may have chosen a future day of delivery without a fixed assortment.
How precise and up-to-date are the photos shown on screen?
The photos are meant for you to identify the product. They are not an accurate proof of how the plants in your delivery will look.
Minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity is 2 cc-containers – average height 225 cm. If you book a delivery less than so as mentioned above you will be charged for extra freight costs in the invoice.
How to avoid the extra freight costs?
Average height of a cc-container is 225 cm. When you place your order you can on the screen see a small truck and a container which will inform you of the volume of your order. To avoid extra freight costs please order 2 or more cc-containers. For orders above 2 cc-containers margin is +/- 10 %.
What happens after I have placed my order?
When you have placed your order in the shopping basket and confirmed your order, it will be processed. When the order is processed you will receive a confirmation mail. Please be informed that plants sold-out will not be listed in the mail.
Can I make a change to my order afterwards?
You can not change your order after you have confirmed it.

When can I expect delivery?
